This policy describes the personal data collected on this site, why it is collected and your rights. It will be completed with the data controller's details once the legal entity is established.

Data collected

The contact form collects your name, organisation, e-mail address and the content of your message. No other personal data is collected. The site stores your language choice on your device; this information is not transmitted to us.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a first exchange. Processing is based on your consent, given by submitting the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Recipients

Your data is accessible only to the GTMS team members handling your request. It is neither sold nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request, then for no more than twelve months after the last exchange, unless a contractual relationship is entered into.

Cookies and third-party services

The site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google when pages are displayed.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. You can exercise these rights through the contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
